Shipping
Fanny Factory offers free shipping across the continental United States and Canada with USPS & Canada Post.
Shipping times vary throughout the United States and Canada. All of our products are shipped via USPS, UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or Canada Post. We do not provide tracking information for shipments.
In most cases and unless otherwise specified, products will be shipped out within 3 business days of order confirmation (excluding weekends) and take up to 9 business days to be delivered.
In the unlikely event of a return, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. In the unlikely event that the buyer provides an incorrect address, resulting in failure of shipment, no refund will be given for merchandise ordered.
Warranty
Our fanny packs are made to last. If something goes wrong with your fanny pack outside of normal wear and tear, let us know and we will send you a new fanny pack or issue a refund for the product.
Please note that the warranty is extended only to the original owner and cannot be transferred to subsequent owners.
Returns
We want you to love your fanny pack as much as we do. If you're not completely satisfied within the first 30 days, you may return your fanny pack via mail for a full refund. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
If the product is returned damaged due to negligent re-packaging, no refund will be given and the product will not be re-delivered.
